9 stories 1 elevator? Hotel had a cold feel. There is one door to enter. Just as you come in there is one elevator door. It was clean and the staff was accommodating and pleasant but it had the feel of an institution.

The room was clean and bright.The breakfast was typical--enough to get us on the road quickly. Staff was cheerful. Myonly concern was that the mattresses were 1/2 the normal thickness and not very comfortable.Acceptable for 1 night, but I would not want to sleep on them for a week.

Very friendly and professional staff and a reasonably clean hotel . We had problem with our wash sink,and they switched our room promptly. The only problem we had was lack of a suction fan in wash room. Good memory overall.
