This place should be shut down for false advertisement!!!! They advertise a pool and then you get up there and the pool hasn't been open for a decade, black trash bags over the windows. O.K. I've been snow skiing or playing on the trails all day and I want a hot shower and a place to lay my head. Then I have a number of great eateries in walking distance to choose my dinner. I could have a delicious steak, great pizza, play a game of pool or visit a brewery and be "home"... more

The rooms were so bad that it made us want to sleep in our car. When you flushed the toilet, water came into the bathtub. Needless to say, we woke up at o' dark thirty and got outta there as quickly as possible. more

The rooms were spartan, walls and floor/ceilings thin. I was so tired from skiing and traveling that it did not bother me that much. Since I skied all day and was out in the evening, the spartan conditions did not matter. The best thing there was the Sawmill restraunt. The portions were huge and was very easy on the wallet. more

This place was disgusting. We paid upfront for two nights. Then saw the rooms (bloodstains on floor and cigarette ashes in every corner). We chose to seek other lodging and asked for refund. We were denied. more

Charged Credit Card for change of dates because of Va Power strike. We changed the dates and did stay in the hotel but ended up paying 2 room charges for changing dates but not people's name. Just watch what you are billed. more
