We spent the night at this motel on our trip to Myrtle Beach. Our room was clean and comfortable with a fridge but no microwave. The $64.00 rate was good for what we got. Arriving at night did make it a little diifficult to find the motel entrance. more

The AmeriHost was the best deal in the area for what we were looking for: indoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center and free breakfast. First off, the pool was fine but the whirlpool was out of order and upon asking if it would be fixed soon we were told it had been broken for over a Year! So they should... more

What happened? This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel--the first two visits were nice, but this time I was very disappointed. The upstairs hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. My non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke--it was coming in from the bathroom vent. I finally had to close the bathroom door and open the window to get... more
