Normally when I travel I always find the Best Western Hotels clean, spacious, and updated. However when I traveled to Morgantown WV, I was very disappointed. When checking in all seemed well. The sign at the door read "This is a nonsmoking facility" and the greeter was very welcoming. After receiving our room key we then were directed to the second... My family and I went to the WVU-Pitt game this past Friday and stayed one night in the Best Western. The room was clean, but had that damp smell to it. The bed was as hard as a rock. All three rooms were suppose to be non-smoking but one obviously had been smoked in. The breakfast in the AM was... More

Our family stayed at this hotel during Homecoming weekend. We got in late and there was a pizza box holding the side door open with pizza still in it. The hotel halls reaked of cigarettes and our room did to even though it was suppose to be non-smoking. My daughter saw a roach in the bathroom which we killed and... More

My family and I booked a 2 night stay because we stayed in several BestWesterns in different states and never had a bad experience. Well upon check in we were told that they only had a smoking room available. Once we put the key through the door we were shocked. The room smelled, the beds walls and bathroom was filthy.... More

After reading the reviews I was very scared about checking in to this hotel. But, I was very pleasantly surprised at what we found. The room was pretty big. Even with a king bed, couch, coffee table, and desk, there was plenty of room for our two year old to run around. This hotel is extremely quiet. At most hotels,... More

We stopped here because it was the first place we saw coming off the interstate. The desk asked what type of room we needed and then booked us into another. This was corrected after we made our way through the maze of a floorplan (twice) and discovered their error. Oddly enough both rooms that we checked in to, the first... More

My employer put me up in this place because the Pittsburgh/Morgantown area was essentially booked solid within a reasonable distance. Up leaving the lobby I was ready to sleep in my car. This place is an absolute dump and the owner should be ashamed of himself for letting this hotel look and smell the way it does. After leaving the... More

This hotel was so terrible that we didn't even spend the night. The room smelled very damp and gross, and it was very poorly lit. Also, the pool was cold and cloudy. And to top it all off, when we left 20 minutes later, there was someone stuck inside the elevator. If you are looking into hotels, this IS NOT... More
