Just spent our first season at Roseland resort as a seasonal. We were very pleased with the campground. The management and staff was very helpful with newbies. we can't wait until the spring to start all over again. it was a very relaxing way to spend the summer. We recommend this place very highly more

This campground is great, but there are three things that make it bad. # 1 - Management - The Owner has a " My Way or the Highway Attitude" You can hear this from all of the seasonal campers. You get charged for everything. This camp is very expensive even to camp. # 2 - The Road - The Road... more

My partner and I visited Roseland in August 2008 and loved it. The people were great - including the staff, who made us feel very welcome and at home. We brought our travel trailer with us, so I can't comment on the accommodations or the food. The scenery is spectacular. The pool area was beautiful and they have a great... more

We made 2 visits to Roseland this summer, and both were memorable and fun. I found the staff to be mostly very friendly. The food was good, the scenery spectacular, the new pool complex is well done. We enjoyed viewing the sky and stars at the observatory. First time, we brought our dogs and stayed in a cabin. It was... more

Roseland is one of the most beautiful resorts of its kind in eastern United States. It is a mixture of guest houses and camp sites with trailers and tent camping. If you stay in the guest houses, there are two downsides: 1) no keys to lock room doors which forces you to leave cash and valuables in the trunk of... more

If you want to get back to nature and away from it all Roseland Resort is the place to go. It is not easy to get to but worth the drive. The last 30 minutes of the trip can be an entire trip unto itself. Entrance roads vary as roads wash away. This has added as much as an hour... more

Deluxe cabin should be renamed : Secluded Kitchenette with bathroom 75 ft away. Dirty refrigerator & windows. Dead spider in dishes. A simple effort to take a dusting brush to the main bathroom downstairs of main building would also assist in making things nicer. If the cost was lower, I would have expected what we got. This review is due... more

We stayed in one of the "deluxe" cabins at the resort, but it was anything but deluxe. The refrigerator had grease stains and the interior surfaces of the refrigerator were filthy as were the pots and pans. The bathroom was 75 feet away from the cabin, and you had to bring your own sheets and linens, which wouldn't have been... more

Roseland is one of those places that draws us back year after year. It is a gathering place for old friends to get together. We don’t go as often as other resorts of this type have sprung up and are nicer, friendlier, more accommodating and less costly. Other resorts offer friendly staff, appetizing food and very comfortable rooms. Roseland is... more
