We went to Wheeling for a two day event at WesBanco Arena (it is a short drive, maybe 5-7 minutes). We checked in at about 8:00 pm, and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. They charged our debit card three times for our stay. Caused my bank account because of those three charges to overdraft. When i called them the woman manager actually laughed and said oh my bad. No refund was given for all the bank charges I was hit with, no apology, just rude and unhelpful . More
