Hotel is old but kept very clean. You have to check in at the BP gas station next to hotel but had no problems. Prices on rooms had gone up since I made my reservation but they honored the old rate. Stayed here on weekend night because of location/distance from Minnesota to regional biking trails. It's a typical mid-20th-century motor hotel with its single-story rooms opening to the parking lot.
