Went for girl's getaway and was very pleased with this resort. The spa was wonderful. Had a Queen loft room which had plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. My husband and I stayed at Lake Lawn last Sunday night. The rate was good and the room was wonderful, just make sure that you don't stay in the Woodlawn Building as it has not been renovated. We were staying for 2 nights at Lake Lawn Resort because it was the closest place to stay near Alpine Valley. The cost was around $330 for the 2 nights. While we loved the lake and the golf course, the room itself, located in the Woodlawn building, was one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in for that price.... more
