“Small Claims case and I never even stayed here”

I had reserved a room to stay for a snowmobiling trip in January. I could not get off of work and cancelled our reservations on December 31, 2012 which was well within the time frame to receive a full refund. “Horrible Accomodations”

Rooms had dead flies coming alive as the heat got turned up a bit. Water pressure was so low it was difficult to take a shower. Owner gets any crabbier she'll scary all customers away! Forget the continental breakfast! Cups are dirty, pastries are stale!

“Do yourself a favor, find another place to stay”

The place is dated and in poor shape, both inside & out. The bathroom fan did not work & there was obvious black mold growing on the ceiling. Some of the towels/wash cloths were stained. The mattress sagged and needs to be replaced. No tissues could be found in the room or bath. And only a large bar of soap... More

As the owner of the Bayside Motor Lodge I am very sorry that this couple did not enjoy there stay at the Bayside. This couple has stayed at the Bayside last winter for snowmobiling & are fully aware of our motel. We are an older property but have completed many updates. We have stayed at this motel many time over the last several years mainly in the Winter months snowmobiling. We always opt for the non-housekeeping stay to save a few dollars. We booked a week at Bayside after emailing and talking to the owner many times regarding our boat size and height and concerns about docking our boat. She assured us there was no problem.
