My friends and I planned a "guy's fishing weekend" in northern Wisconsin this past weekend. Upon arriving at Channelview Cottages located on the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes, we found the cottage was ok at best. It had a shower, running water & refrig, but wasn't somewhere you wanted to spend to much time when it is warmer than 80 degrees. We were disappointed by the condidtion of the boats and motors that we rented(basically old row boats with older motors). We figured we'd give the boats a try, but a day into the trip we spent more time trying to start the motor on one of the boats than actually fishing. After limping back to the cottage the caretaker looked at it for a while and said that he'd refund us for the one motor and we'd have to go rent and pick up another one if we wanted to keep fishing.
