The Heartland Inn is a nice, quiet hotel. It is across from a large mall. The hotel is non-smoking. It was very clean and cozy. There were no problems with Check In or Check out. I was a little disappointed with the Heartland Inn in Eau Claire. The "Deluxe" room was larger than your average hotel room, but the bathroom was a lot smaller than your regular Super 8/comperable. Heartland's staff offered great hospitality during our stay. I must add that we stayed with a group of hockey kids during a tournament. The staff assisted us with all our needs, and we were additionally surprisd with the free interent access, pool, sauna, and breakfast. Great price, too. more
