The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, the kids had a blast and the parents were able to enjoy themselves also. We'll definitely stay here again - for about $100 we got a night and two days of water park just up the road from our house, so there was no cleanup or tear-down to host our family Christmas weekend. more

I was staying at the resort when a blizzard hit! Since I still had to go into the office, the Hotel staff dug my car out, wouldn't take a tip, and the GM even cooked me breakfast. WOW. more

We had a terrific time at the Metropolis. The room had everything we wanted for a romantic getaway -- fireplace, subdued lighting, whirlpool and king size bed! I would definitely come back for another visit. more

The only difficulty was transfering fron the wheelchair to the bed and vice versa. The frame around the base of the bed prevents a wheelchair user from getting close to bed for a safe transfer. All other amenities were excellent and most appreciated! more

I loved how all of the "fun" is under one roof! It is a great place to take your family! I don't have one complaint! We will definately visit again soon!! more
