The comfortable bed keeps this out of the "average" category. Too much furniture for the small studio room. The hotel is set up as two-story bungalows, so if lugging your luggage up a flight of stairs is a problem, be sure to ask for a lower-level room. Kitchen fully equipped with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, full sink and stove with oven.... more

Stayed at this property for 5 days while in Green Bay. I'm a Marriott platinum but was not offered an upgraded room. The standard room was clean, quiet, and a good size. Everything worked including the Internet (which is wired - yeah!). The hotel offers a free breakfast which is plentiful and good. They do evening snacks/light dinner that I... more

After having a bad experience in another Green Bay Hotel, we decided to move over to the Residence Inn. We should have chosen this one first, but hindsight is always 20/20. This hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. The clerk at the front desk was exceptional. After check-in I sat at the lobby computer for awhile. Listening to her handle... more

Stayed there for one night before heading over for my first ever Packers game. There was 4 of us, and the room was perfect. 2 queens and a pull out sofa accomodated 3 of us perfectly, and the 4th had his Aerobed with him. The full fridge, cabinet full of cups and plates and separate sinks from the bathroom really... more

We stayed here for 2 nights for a mini family reunion, booking 4 rooms. Christopher at the front desk was more than gracious, funny, and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. Each morning they served a complimentary hot breakfast that was both ample and tasty. Our room had a fully furnished kitchen, sofa bed, and comfortable queen bed. They... more

Only stayed one night, but could have easily spent a week here! Our very roomy suite had a queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, work desk/area, TWO large closets and a large bathroom. Very clean, tastefully decorated, above average bed linens and towels, and a super comfy bed, as well as a complimentary full breakfast including fresh fruit.... more

The Residence Inn is a decent hotel with a nice staff but only fair facilities. The rooms are generally clean, but starting to show their age. I stay in non-smoking rooms, but most such rooms have cig burns on the bathroom vanities. Rooms are spacious and generally quiet. Carpets are looking a bit shaby, as is the exterior entrances to... more

The room was clean, and everything worked. The full kitchen provided lots of options. The morning breakfast and evening reception were an added bonus to the good accomadtions. The staff was professional and friendly. My wakeup calls were on time and done by a person. I spent three nights here and would stay here again if business takes me that... more

We stayed at the Residence Inn Green Bay for one night with our two children ages one and five. The hotel itself if off the beaten path but not any more difficult to find than anything else in Green Bay The room was huge and spotless. The furnishings were all in current style and in good condition. The kids loved... more
