This hotel certainly does not hold up to its name - Comfort Suites. The hotel is run down, dirty and overpriced. We booked a suite and paid $120.00 for a room that looked similar to a Super 8 bates motel. The floor had mysterious stains and the bathroom was dirty and grimey. We checked in at about 8:00 pm after a long drive moving our daughter to college. The front entry is the "smoking area" and did not even have an ashtray, so there were cigarette butts everywhere. Staff didn't seem to care that we were woken numerous times by the "volleyball team" staying in the hotel that night. We called and complained twice, but no apologies were given and we didn't achieve silence until about 4:30am. Upon check-out, I was asked how my stay was, I expressed my concern about the noise. Believe the reviews... they seem to just keep getting worse ! Extremely rude front desk staff. Filthy... and I mean filthy rooms...old, smelly.... badly in need of rehabilitation !
