I was looking for a nice clean, quiet room. This hotel provided that plus an outstanding location on a lake, a great view, and a lounge. The room was very quiet and the 2-for-1 buffet breakfast was very good. However, I was disappointed that there was no computer available in the lobby for customer use. more

After visiting the U.P., we travelled over to Northern Wisconson for the beautiful scenery and some "casino time". The lake-view room was very nice (only wish that it had a mini-fridge). I own a restaurant and took my crew on an overnight trip to La Du Flambeau to stay at Lake of the Torches Casino. The rooms were excellent in cleanliness and were nice sized rooms. Not a good recommendation. Went to spend our 25th anniversary here, although the staff was very pleasant - we were surprised how many children were there, just unbelievable. Having a whirlpool suite, we never used the whirlpool as the water took forever to fill and since it seems more of the family atmosphere (in a casino who would ever guess)... more

We took our second trip to beautiful little Lake of Torches Resort and Casino. This time we brought the kids and they had a nice time too.
