This is a dog-friendly bed & breakfast right on the lake. There are a few different buildings, and the Ice House, where we stayed, accommodates up to 6 people, which was great for my husband and I, 2 kids, in-laws and our 100-lb. yellow Lab. (The Ice House doesn't include breakfast, though.)

I would ONLY recommend this place if you have a BIG dog, as it is the only place I could find in Lake Geneva that would allow it. If you have a small dog, I'd try someplace else, because this particular property is really, really run down. The beds were absolutely horrible - we had backaches for a week, the bedding awful, there was not one piece of comfortable furniture to sit on, it was dirty, cobwebby, only a few lights were in working order, the bathroom, especially the shower, was atrocious, and the place simply looked - and smelled - like it hadn't been touched in 30 years.
