I stayed at the Inns of Geneva National in January and attended a winter wedding there! The Inns were very cozy inside and it gave off a feeling of home. No Heat! Said they are having problems but don't have enough money to fix it! At $150./night!?! Kitchenettes-stove broke, micro broke, no silverware, cups, paper goods. Don't ask for anything because Kathy and Matt(front desk) will not be happy to get you towels or anything else you may need! Customer service-awful! Food- terrible! I stayed at the Inns of Geneva National for two nights while in the area on business. Meetings were held in the adjoining conference center. The rate, for a two queen bed room was $109. The inns are located on the golf course property adjacent to private residences. From the outside, each building appears to be a single family home.... more

Stayed here during the Oktoberfest weekend and will never do it again!!! The room was filthy and the location horrible. Had a 30 minute wait in and out of the Lake Geneva downtown area and the staff wasn't very friendly. But we learned our lesson. more

We stayed here to attend an out-of-town wedding. The original plan was to stay at the Lodge at Geneva Ridge. Due to renovations not being complete, the wedding guests were transferred to this location - a sister property. This was done at no additional expense - which we appreciated.
