Nice hotel, quaint and calm. Beautiful setting on Lake Como. On the downside : fridge was dirty, chipped paint on the balconies, bad smell in the bathroom, toilet didn't work properly, breakfast average. I would happily pay $150 for this, but not the almost $300 I was charged. more

We stayed in the lower level of the cottage bldg. This place for the money needs some updating. The bed linens are not luxurious and the bathroom shower floor was dirty. Carpet is somewhat dirty. Arrived at Hotel, has nice location on the lake. We stayed in Petit Auberge cottage which was $306 for the night. First impression of staff was friendly but did not offer to help with our bags, or show us where our room was located, I found this disappointing if you are going to charge luxury hotel rates for a night.... more

I was very ahppy with my stay at this Inn. It was a little expensive, but it was a very enjoyable stay. We had a loft room with a jacuzzi in the upper loft area. I recommend this Inn. more
