Fine hotel - did what it said on the tin so to speak (ie provided a place to sleep for the night)!!! Basic, but clean room, with added benefit of small kitchenette area. What the hotel lacked in charachter it certainly made up for with it's view. more

We have stayed here several times, and have found it to consistently be nice. Definitely a good location for walking around Lake Geneva, as it is close to everything down town. Clean enough, etc. more

The hotel is wonderful. We stayed in room 506 which had a total view of the lake. You could see this breath taking view, so relaxing sitting on the balcony. The rooms was decorated very tastefully. We paid the extra for the lakeview room, however, we would never stay here again. We ended up paying over $300 for a room and feel that this hotel didn't live up to all its promises. Yes, we could see the lake, but we had to "overlook" the adjoining restaurant's tarred roof and air-compressors, and a very busy main street.... more

This hotel is located across the street from the lake. You can easily walk to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops in town. The rooms are average, but decent in size. more

I initially booked a regular room thinking it would be no big deal, but as soon as we arrived we realized we should have a lake view. Had a fantastic stay with an unbelievable lake view room. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is very comfortable and clean. Recently upgraded and one of the best lake locations with a short walk to town. Nice place to stay for a getaway at a reasonable price. more

This supposedly redecorated hotel had dark, dingy and dirty public areas. Worst of all was the overwhelming smell of stale cigarettes, cleaning products and body odor. Room was ok, tissue thin towels, sagging mattresses. There was a small microwave & refrigerator if you want to cook. The lake view from balcony was nice.The included breakfast was gross.
