We drove up from Chicago for a quick weekend getaway & it was perfect for that. We have a yellow lab mix that we love to take along with us, but not many places allow pets, but this b&b was great. I read some of the reviews from 6 years ago. Things have changed. This is a great, clean little, dog-friendly B&B. Maureen was a perfect hostess and very tolerant of our rambunctious 3 year old. This is certainly a pet-friendly Bed and Breakfast! It took us a long time to find somewhere to stay that could accomodate us and our dogs. We were so glad to find such a dog-friendly inn in Lake Geneva! Bathrooms were great too ! more
The website is a complete misrepresentation of the inn. The pictures make the room look twice as big as it really is, and there is no fireplace as seen in the photo!! You will just fall in love with it, very romantic and quiet with no distractions, we have been there twice and plan to every year. if you want quiet romantic and good hospitality you got it here. check their web site out youll love it. you will never want to leave. more
The bathrooms are fabulous at this B&B. We stayed in a clean comfortable room. The large bathroom had both a large whirlpool and a shower with a stean unit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a romantic getaway! more
Pictures of rooms on website not accurate. Room cramped. Junk in closet. Junk in drawers. Only sheer curtains on windows (no shades). Took $ ahead of time so would have been difficult to back out.
