We drove from Minnesota, mapquest directions said 4 hours it took 6! So, we didn't make it here until 9:30, the restaurant was closed at the Inn where we had hoped to have dinner. The whole town was closed leaving us no choice but to eat McDonalds(yuck). The only thing open was a couple small town bars. So we just... More

My parents enjoyed their first Mother's Day Brunch at the Audubon Inn and drove from Port Washington to check it out. They will definitely be back for next year's Easter and Mother's Day Brunch with up to 12 other family members. The food was hot and seasoned well. The carving station had 3 delicious meats to choose from. The pasta... More

Our family had a terrible experience on Mother's Day. We were seated for over 10 minutes before asking to have a waitress and had to wait longer to get one. Salad dressing seemed watered down. Soup and potatoes were warm at best. Tilapia was cold. Desert brownies were too dry to eat. Item from the pasta bar was the highlight... More

We had a great weekend at the Audubon Inn. The staff, especially the general manager Jimmy, was great--very friendly and helpful and willing to address any problem or question. We had burgers in the restaurant which were delicious, and the BEST onion rings we had ever had! In the bar, try a drink with one of their infused vodkas. Very... More

Beautiful historic inn, friendly staff, great food. Nice common areas on each floor. Updated baths with jacuzzi. Amazing stained glass windows in both the bar and restaurant add to ambiance. Because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night, the chef delivered our Living Social dessert to our room. What a treat!

The Audubon Inn was recommended to me by a colleague as the best place to stay in the area. It was a short drive from the Inn to Horicon that was more than worth it for the quality. The history and restoration of the building is good enough to warrant a trip in itself as they have a wonderful lobby... More

My wife and I needed an overnight retreat that was close to home. The Audobon Inn fit the bill perfectly. We purchased a coupon from Living Social that included a free dessert in the restaurant. We were very plesantly suprised! What a great place, right under our noses. We stayed in the Red Head Duck room, which was huge by... More

This is a perfect setting to go back into time and enjoy what it was like staying a night in a well preserved bed and breakfast/Inn. The rooms are extremely well maintained and clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly. The food at the Beaumont Bar/Restaurant was wonderful and the stained and etched glass windows were incredible. From start to... More
