This Residence Inn is very new and is located in the Greenway Shopping Plaza. That allows you to walk to the shops and there are several restaurants withing easy walking distance. Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed the amenities. Do not stay at this hotel. It is very, very noisy. I complained so they moved me from one nosiy room to even a noisier room. Management has not been helpful at all. GO ELSEWHERE! more

This hotel opened 10 June 2005. The other Residence Inn Madison West is now closed. We had a 1-bedroom king suite and the room was large, very clean and everything was still brand new. You can enter the bathroom from both the living room and the bed room which is really easy. There's also a fire place in the room.... more
