If I ever stay here again I have learned to request a tower room or at least ask for a area that is away from the noise. Got put in rooms 832 and 836 which are in an area that is close to the banquet area. No sleep til after 2am and then alot of door slamming.

The employees and the hotel were the very best. Loved every minute of our stay to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Everyone treated us as "special" guests, from the desk staff to the restaurant staff and the valets. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our experience at the Pfister and we will go back again.

Wonderful hotel. Clean & Comfy Room, Service was all around amazing - even the maids were smiling and said hello. Food was great and you can't beat the location. I forgot what customer service was until we stayed here this past weekend!
