I stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were small (closet and bathroom were too close) but done nicely. The linens were great. All the employees were more than helpful. The location wasn't bad, however, it seemed like that part of town was pretty empty. Valet parking was OK but if I just wanted... more

My wife and I stayed four nights while attending Summerfest and seeing a Brewer game. The location is to the west side of the down town area and is a bit of a walk to the lakefront but shuttles and buses are available nearby. The Hotel has valet parking $15 a night and an attached bar and restaurant. We drank... more

This hotel was awesome! The cookies were fantastic, parking was no problem since it only has valet, the pool area was neat & clean, plus it's close to everything! The breakfast was nice too (not free). the only thing I didn't like was no micro or frig in room. And when housekeeping was cleaning the left big bags of laundry... more

We came into town for some baseball games at Miller Park and stayed at the Doubletree. I have been to Milwaukee a number of times, so I knew this was an older hotel that has been rebranded. It was much nicer inside than I expected. All of the staff were very helpful. We made use of both the bar and... more

We chose this hotel because of the location. It was a little cheaper than the Hilton next door, but didn't 'connect' to the Midwest Center. From the minute we drove up, we felt like they were all there just to help us. We got to the hotel before noon, and although check-in was 3PM, they let us check in. We... more

I stayed in a one bedroom corner suite. The room is large, even for a suite, with two full bathrooms. Flat panel TVs in both rooms. Rooms are tastefully decorated with good toiletries. The bathrooms are on smaller side, only one person can fit in at a time. The corner room does have one side facing Wisconsin Ave, which is... more

I spent one night at the Doubletree in Milwaukee because I had an early flight the next morning and I didn't want to stay out by the airport. There were several downtown hotels in a similar area, and I picked the Doubletree based on price and name reputation. I'm glad I did. I was in town from about 5 p.m.... more

This is a good, no-frills, moderately priced hotel in the perfect location for anyone attending events at the Milwaukee Convention Center. Rooms were clean, if small, and had some nice features, like a recycling can alongside the trash can and samples of Neutrogena facial sunscreen in the bathroom. Front desk staff were very friendly. more

Stayed here because of an event at the Midwest Airlines Convention Center. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean (but small) and nicely decorated. Had room service for breakfast. They called a few minutes after we received the meal to check if everything was ok. I have NEVER had a hotel do that before. It was a nice touch... more
