Staff was very nice, but the hotel is drab. Currently undergoing remodeling so it may be better in the future. As for the bathroom, thin little towels and a tiny container of "conditioning shampoo." more

Great location for Bradley Center events. Easy to get to from the interstates. Very friendly staff and nice two room suite. The room was comfortable and quiet. Valet parking is free for Priority Club members. We would certainly stay again. more
