The hotel is old but clean but the rooms are very small . My room faced the street and from 9:00 PM to 2:00 am there was a young man who was shouting and running in the street shouting the F word. I called the desk and they said to me "Welcome to the city" I insisted they address this... more

Last trip I had to Milwaukee was awful! The hotel had "flooded" previously, and the carpet was musty. We booked our hotel room 3 months in advance. We drove down from Green Bay to attend a concert, went to check-in and the front desk person said our reservation was "cancelled". After a lot of back and forth he got in touch with a manager who said they cancelled a number of rooms due to "manager discretion". Basically meaning..... more

The hotel is in an old building which had been converted and the decor is a bit tired and in need of renovation. The room was quite small with little room for luggage etc. but there was a fridge. Management is impossible to work with even when they admit it was their fault for all the issues we had. Tina is completely incompentent and Gregor is apparently incapable of following up or anwsering his phone. Had to dispute charges with our CC company because Tina wouldn't budge in her stupidity. more

The room was very small, but clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was large. A good value for the money downtown. Location is ten or fifteen minutes from Miller Park by car.
