My wife and I were glad we decided on the Olympia Resort for our wedding and weekend celebration on October 5th & 6th. We could not have asked for a better weekend and were catered to by the Resort staff beyond our expectation. This was a great choice for an outdoor wedding and the Gazebo is located in a picturesque... more

A group of us booked a spa weekend at the Olympia Resort and it was a nightmare. A wedding party (with many extended party members) was allowed to go out of control in their block of rooms with no effort made by the property to protect other guests. Shouting in the halls, loud music and slamming doors continued until after... more

Not worth $92 a night. Stayed here one night for a convention. Not clean. Bathroom in Rm 256 exhaust fan long broken and just absolutely filthy fan -all black and clogged with dirt. Wallpaper in bathroom beginning to peel from top of bathroom wall. 6 spots of mildew /black mold in grout about 1/2" to 1" size. Begining to rust... more

This resort has been rennovated to quite an extent since my last visit two years ago. The staff, while busy when I arrived, were very nice, friendly, and professional. The exercise room area had been totally redone, and that was a plus for me, as I work out quite a bit. Next time I will bring my family....they would love... more

I stayed here for one night with a friend for a girls' spa getaway. This hotel is so outdated...we felt like we were in a timewarp back to the 80's. They even played bad 80's music in the restaurant. The whole place need to be renovated. Also, the public areas like the hallways, elevators and pool were dirty. We were... more

I went there with a group from Chicago. When we arrived the front desk was overwhelmed because there was more than one group checking in. We were given SPA coupons in our packets used them. We were later told that we had not paid for our services (we were interrupted at dinner!). When we arrived, the whirlpool, sauna and a... more

I stayed at Olympia in September 2006 on a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had wireless internet service as well a business center which was great. The food I had was great and the lobby was very quaint and charming. more

I stayed at the Olympia Resort for two weeks while on business in the area. The sprawling complex with several pools, a ski hill, a spa, a few restaurants, large meeting facilities, ponds, condos and large grounds is a time warp to 1984. Besides a recent underbudgeted makeover for the lobby a few years ago, everything else in the place... more

This spa was maybe nice years ago, but wow, it's sure outdated! The facial I got was bascially as good as me rubbing my own face and the girl was 20 min. late for the appt! My husband got a massage that he said I could have given him (which isn't saying a lot because I'm not good!). The staff... more

We were there in a big group and this is a big place. They were trying very hard to do a nice job here---hey, this is a big place. Our room was very nice, everything worked well. The food I ate there was very GOOD. You spend a lot of time walking around in the hallways, but it was good... more
