The check in process for our one night stay took 45 minutes due to a so called computer glitch. The clerk needed to call head office to confirm everything with them. I was quite tired when I checked in after 12 hours of driving - but not so tired that I didn't immediately notice other people's luggage and personal items already in the room when I opened the door. the room was clean but everything else dirty or poorly maintained hot tub was dirty water hasn't been changed in a long time breakfast bar area was dirty floor needed a good cleaning. had no plates, said they will be inn thursday and this was monday sams club next door, something is wrong!! more
Great place to stay. I travel 200 + nights per year and the staff really made me feel at home. Great location next to a 24 hr grocery and plenty of restaraunts. Nice beds, Loved the pillows- Overall a great value. I will definetly be back!! more
We stayed at this hotel one night 7/30/07. The desk clerk was friendly, the room was large, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. We would definately stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. more
We were actually pretty impressed by our room at the Comfort Inn. The hotel building itself isn't much to look at, but the grounds are very well maintained and manicured. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We brought our dog with us and they put us in a smoking room. As non-smokers we weren't very excited about that. However... more
My wife and I stayed here for one night and found it to be clean, quiet and well-run. The pool and whirlpool were cozy and clean with ample towels. The location is very convenient - right off I90 and next to many restaurants and stores. We slept past the complmentary continental breakfast deadline but the area looked clean and inviting.... more
