The trick to staying at Platteville Super 8 is to request a room or suite in the rear building across the creek. We stayed at the Motel 8 in platteville and it was the worst hotel I have ever been at. We had 3 inches of ice dammed up on the windows, The windows were also covered with nasty black mold!!
