Ceiling was failing down in shower, faucet opening cover was missing in shower, headboard was falling off, refridgerator was filthy, linen and towels had stains. Non-smoking room had strong smell of smoke I think coming from other rooms. When we complained they did offer another room, but we wouldn't have felt comfortable staying. more
