The staff was overly friendly and helpful in this hotel. The room was nice and clean and they gave a plethora of tolitries, instead of your usual shampoo and soup. We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express over the weekend and found it met all of our needs. The room was up to date and the cinnamon rolls great. As noted earlier, they do not have an elevator so be prepared for a hike up the stairs if you don't get a 1st floor room. more
