My husband and I were expecting a wonderful time at this inn. We probably would have had a perfect get-away. But sometime between Monday 4/23 and Friday 4/27 Stoughton's beloved innkeeper, Carl Povlick, passed away. Our condolences to the community.

We had the room with attached sunporch, which gave us plenty of space AND a wonderful place to sleep. Extra treat--a big midwest gullywasher of a thunderstorm on our last night. Carl is especially kind & skilled at modifying food to accommodate those with special needs.
