Asful stay, desk auditor rude and crass. Basically implied I was lying when I said I was due a refund. Jazuzzi tub did not work my whole stay. Our stay was for one night...thank goodness...and it was horrible. The hotel is extremely old and dirty. The worst part is we paid over $200 per night. Would not recommend this hotel at all. more

Waterparks (both indoor and out) are really more of splash pools for kids, no rides for anyone over the age of 5 here. Customer service...
