Everything would have been perfect about this hotel had we not gotten the pool side room. We didn't realize the pool was open until midnight until about 11:00 when none of us were sleeping and couldn't believe all the noice coming from the pool. DON'T GO THERthE!!!!!!! Was promise free tickets to one of the Water parks AND DID'NT GET THEM. Took over 36 hours to figure out my reservations, as they had OVER CHARGE ME.
