What a great hotel! When I forgot my toothbrush and razor, the gentleman at the front desk gave me a good quality, complimentary one of each. When I opened our minifridge, there were 2 complimentary bottles of water. The bath towels were all folded into elephant shapes with pretty pink flowers on the noses. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows of high quality. The room was neat and tidy and the wifi very fast. The breakfast was about your average hotel breakfast but on top of offering waffles, there was a pancake machine, too! And, they offered sugar-free syrup which I use and never expect to find at hotels. Finally, the location was perfect for all the attractions in the Dells. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this establishment.

Decent value considering the complementary Noah's Ark tickets. That was the primary reason for booking this particular hotel. It was clean and aesthetically pleasing.

After coming back for my second night of the stay, I was disappointed to see that housekeeping wasn't performed. I had taken the do not disturb placard off the door to serve as a signal to staff that housekeeping was desired. When I expressed this concern to the receptionist, I was told that my check-in paperwork says that housekeeping must be requested by 9:00 the night before. As if I'm expected to read through every line on my vacation. That's why one removes the DND placard from the doorknob. Oh well, at least they sent someone up to promptly change the towels and garbage.

The breakfast area was not equipped to handle the number of guests present. There was an extremely long line for the pancake maker, of which there was only one. Three (or at least two) would have been more appropriate for the number of guests present. There were also times when there were guests waiting for seats to have their breakfast.

The indoor pool area was very nice. But again, the primary reason for booking this hotel was the Noah's Ark passes. And it rained the first day of my stay and Noah's Ark closed an hour early (for no apparent reason) the second day. So the lack of accessibility to the water park really diminished the value of my reservation.

We stayed five days and we were more than satisfied each and every day with the hotel and its staff. Tom, the manager, upgraded our group to suites so we would have more room! The front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all courteous and there to take care of all of our needs. The hotel is very clean, breakfast was great, and the three pools and hot tub are an added asset for family fun. Plenty of restaurants close by. This hotel is the perfect size to make it your home away from home. Free Noah’s Ark water park tickets daily. Look no further.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The room was nice and breakfast was okay. Could there be more options? Yes, but it was okay. I only wish that they had housekeeping services during your stay. Having your bed made, fresh towels and your trash taken out is expected when staying at a hotel. Other than that, the room was large, the pool was nice and the kids were happy.

Originally booked this hotel on booking.com. we got there and the front desk told us they never got our reservation. The front desk staff was very helpful and was able to find us a room although they were almost booked up. It was actually cheaper than booking.com. The pool area was small but clean. The kids had a blast in the pool while we relaxed in the hot tub. The kids wanted to play at their small indoor water area but it was broken. Breakfast was prepackaged items in a bag due to covid, but they made a great effort, granola bar, muffin (yum), oatmeal bar and Apple juice box. There was coffee in room that we could make. They were also giving out complementary water bottles. The room was clean, beds were pretty comfortable. Great place to stay for our kids birthday trip!

We had a nice stay at the hotel. My son loved their outdoor and indoor pools as they had a couple little waterslides. The free breakfast was good and the people were friendly. You also get free passes to the Noah's Ark Waterpark ( you will still have to pay $20-$25 for parking, and $15 to rent a locker if needed). Another con was having to wear two wristbands our whole 4 day stay, one for the waterpark and one for access to the hotel's pools and free breakfast. The bathroom sinks are also out in the sleeping room separate from the bathroom, which is not my favorite set up. Overall though, I enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

There was no room service during our stay. Used towels and garbage was never taken care of. We did not know until before we check out that due to shortage of staff, we had to call front desk to request the room service to get the service. This is unacceptible. They are taking advantage of fully paying guests when the room service should be given by default. Hotels in Chicago reimbursed us for skipped room service but this hotel refused to give us any compensation. Also the soundproofing system was terrible. We could not sleep because of the mere sound from turning water for the shower in the next room or next room guest talking over the phone which should be regarded normal noise. Overall we are not so happy with the stay.

Family of four. Stayed Saturday, Sunday, Monday the weekend before 4th of July. Was extremely busy, but also remarkably clean, with excellent service and had fun indoor/outdoor pool areas open 24 hours (11:00 p.m. for kids under 18). Plenty of towels available. Coffee available 24/7, but did taste slightly burnt (you could call me a coffee snob). Room was quiet enough to sleep undisturbed. Free tickets to Noah's ark was awesome. Breakfast was mediocre, but better than most "complementary breakfast" setups. Limited staff like everywhere else right now in Wisconsin Dells, but they did give us room service when requested. Slightly more expensive than the competition during peak demand (Grand Marquis), but price was more reasonable with healthcare worker discount. Everything we needed in a Hotel on the main strip without getting price gouged by the Kalahari (they wanted almost $600 per night). 10/10 would stay again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were worried when we pulled up and saw the location was off of a busy street with the outdoor pool in the middle of parking lot. However, the hotel was extremely clean, pool was super clean and fun for our 5 and 8 year old kids. Several slides too. The next morning it was too cold to swim outside so we used the indoor pool and it was very nice as well. I very nice break!

Horrible customer service. When I called the front desk to make a reservation, the guy was extremely snippy and rude. He offered no email confirmation and wouldn't take my Wyndham member number for the reservation. 2 days later, I called back asking for a confirmation to be emailed and thatnumber to be added. I was told both were being done, but still never got any written confirmation, nor was my member number added. Then, 24 hrs before the reservation, we were charged in-full for the entire stay and we hadn't even shown up yet. I called to ask why and again, the front desk person was rather rude and I was told that was the hotel policy. She said they charge in full 24 hrs in advance "to make it easier and faster at checkout." That is absolute BS. I asked why I was not told of this "policy" at the time of the reservation and she replied "well, I'm not looking at your reservation, so I don't know if you actually made your reservation with the front desk." Are you kidding me?!? And without the emailed confirmation or anything else in writing from the hotel, there is no way for anyone to know this is their policy. I haven't even gotten to the hotel yet and already this is some of the worst staff and hotel policies I've seen. I'd have cancelled my stay except that I'm part of a group and have to be there. But, guaranteed, Wyndham will be the very last chain I choose to book with anytime from now on. If this us how the company chooses to treat their members, they are at the bottom of the barrel. I'll keep my membership with the other chains and gladly take my business elsewhere. (Per photo below, our reservation dates are 8/27-8/29. Charged in full 8/26 and cleared account before arrival).

You would. We were a family of 5 and the nice man at the desk gave us a 2 queen bedroom with a couch that turned into a bed so you would be able to fit 6 people. It would be more convenient for you to stay at the hotel because it is normaly priced for a nice hotel with the Mt. Olympus tickets free. But you cannot buy them in the hotel. You can buy them at the gates of the waterpark but there is a $20 parking fee.
