Campground is well maintained and for only yearly campers, no weekend camping. Stayed for 2 nights and toured the Dells and Wollersheim Distillery. Ate a some fine restaurants. Great weekend. Stayed at The Black Hawk motel downtown Dells.

2nd year to stay at this campgound. With Covid-19, happy to get out and appreciate everyone for any type of accomodations. Surprised that the pool which had needed work was NOT completed during "safer at home" but now working on it. They provided a nice packet listing all restrictions which required your signature. But the form had already been signed by someone from the week prior! oops OH Well, we got the information. But trying to finalize payment, two camp sites, two different famiies, two different cards CHARGED correctly in March, now charged incorrectly in June. Several phone calls to correct, WE WERE TO BLAME!! Guess with all the additional seasonals they don't need our business. TOO BAD FOR YOU!

If you’re overnight camping...good place. If your seasonal, beware ! The rules don’t apply to those that are friends with groundskeeper or other staff. We had friends and family ( 5 in all) that were thinking of getting a seasonal place here...bringing destination homes & destination campers. I told them to hold off in doing so as of what I have been seeing. I’m sorry now for my purchase here. Will be looking at other campgrounds. You sign a lease here but never get a copy..Been asking 6 months for that. There is NO manager on site and No security. People being allowed campfires even if prohibited by fire dangers. Yeah..please think twice

I am a super picky camper. My husband and I have driven all over looking at camp grounds. I WILL NOT stay at a camp ground unless I go through it first. I took our chances and did not have time to travel to Stand Rock Campground and I was EXTREMELY PLEASED upon arrival! The staff was great. The pool area is very nice & clean! The bathrooms were outstanding! The sites were spacious and clean! I am weird about seasonals when they "junk it up". Stand Rock did not have this at all and the seasonals were on the back of the property! We will definitely return. This campground has an "up north" feel and only minutes from downtown.

Beautiful grounds, kids had a great time on bikes and scooters. Also a very nice pool. Interstate traffic and trains were distracting and very noticeable. Would keep looking for another place if I did this again. It was hard to sleep and find that peace and quiet of camping.

Average campground. Sites with full hook-ups, tent sites and seasonal as well. Pet friendly. Stand Rock has mini golf available for a nominal fee. The pool was well maintained. The on site restaurant is open weekends and holidays only. They feature a fish fry on Friday nights for $9.99 which was ok. Wait staff was less than friendly when we were there, but it appeared they were short-staffed.

The lots are spacious and everyone is really nice. We arrived late and called ahead to let them know. They had our information waiting for us in the restaurant. Staff was always friendly. Our site was gravel but perfectly level! There are trains and road noise but it was never a bother for us. (We were closer to the road and train.) I loved that it is close to town but not in town. It’s nice place to get away from the crowds. We will be back.

If you are looking for a place to camp look elsewhere. This campground is run down and poorly run. It is managed by an onsite manager that has no idea what she is doing. The maintenance people that they have working don't even know how to turn a wrench. When something breaks it takes an act of god to get it fixed. Not to mention the trees that fall into campers because they neglect to take them down. When trees do fall they sit there for weeks and weeks before they are cleaned up. The staff almost burnt the forest down this year because they could not follow the directions of the DNR not to burn. They went ahead anyway and started a huge fire. If you do consider this campground make sure you take pictures of everything and get everything in writing from the office. Otherwise they will tell you they never said that. I also caution you on eating out of the bar. The bar is never cleaned and is dirty. Again please think twice before wasting your money to camp here. There are several other campground around this one that are much better and would be money better spent.…

Perfect campground with LARGE sites and clean facilities! Out of the way enough to be quiet and peaceful...but still close to all the fun of the Wisconsin Dells. Only downside was poor internet connection...but hey...your supposed to be CAMPING! Would highly recommend Stand Rock to other campers heading to the Dells! Keep up the good work Stand Rock Campground!!!

Me and my fiancee went there for our anniversary and it was very relaxing. The campground was very quiet and peaceful. The employees were very nice and helpful especially when he got injuries. Definitely would go there again. Loved it!
