Ny brother purchased a $100.00 gift certificate for Christman from the Hotel Mead. I am now told that after Jan.1,2003 what has not been used the first time is kept by the manager. I spent $20.00 not being told of the managers policy and now the hotel wants to keep the $80.00 left. more
