I've stayed in lots of Best Western Hotels on business, and this one is in a different, lower league. Think Super 8, and you have this Best Western. This hotel is starting to get updated, unfortantly we did not get one of the rooms they had already done. We were at the end and there were beeping trucks starting at 6am. The pool closed early and opened late, so we did not get to use it. There was no breakfast provided just $1 off the buffet next door.... more

We stayed here for one night on our way from Yellowstone to Deadwood. The best thing was the Hoot and Howl restaurant attached to the motel and the adjoining bar. Nice and clean with plenty of parking. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. You’ll need the hot tub because the pool is absolutely freezing. Disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast, however I would recommend the attached restaurant “Hoot and Howl” Overall a bit expensive considering breakfast wasn’t included. Small room but not dirty. Just kind of run-down. Nice location right next to laundromat and convenience store. If you are looking for location, it is nice. However, the rooms facing parking lot are very noisy in pm. The rooms do have a microwave oven, nice bathroom, and small fridge. They just need a thorough cleaning and new carpeting. Also... more
