Sorry is the byword of this hotel, I must report. I like Best Western associate motels by and large, but this one is really below par. I have a handicapped son, and got a handicapped room. One bed cover smelled of BenGay, the rug was heaved up, the curtains were water-stained and there were other small warnings of what was... more

I found my stay to be pleasent and the staff accomodating. They were quite happy to shuttle me about the town and when I couldn't phone home, they let me use the reception phone - free of charge. The room was nice and clean and staff excellent. The only slight issue I had was being collected from the aiport. By... more

We stayed one night and could not check out early enough. Does Best Western not have any standards?? Our "non-smoking" room seemed to be located right in the middle of the smoking section, and the room stunk of smoke and mildew. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and gray (but supposed to be white). The floor was disgustingly filthy(my daughter's... more

Due to a change in travel plans we spent the night in Casper, Wyoming last Friday night (September 26th, 2008). Because this was a last minute change in our plans we didn’t have time to spend looking around for a motel, but we thought we should be safe staying at a Best Western. As it turns out, we were sorely... more

The rooms have obviously been renovated since some of the earlier comments. The mattress seems new, and quite adequate, and the wi-fi appears robust. But our room smells very musty (and activated my mold allergies), and they haven't gotten around to re-doing the shabby hallways yet. The thin walls are also annoying. However, most of that is forgivable in a... more

This was my first stop on a motorcycle trip through Colorad, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Utah, so I needed a good night sleep. Found this hotel to be clean and comfortable, but thought the $100 a night was a little pricey for what I got. more

The Ramkota is conveniently located right off of I-25 on the nicer west side of Casper. We only stayed here one night and it was a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room size was average. We got a discounted rate on Hotwire.com because the pool area was under renovation. Once it is done, it will be... more

Staff at the desk were great - night manager and security dealt with behavior problem guests professionally and right on the mark. Morning checkout staff, gracious and quick. Transport to the airport timely, did not speed, gracious and helpful in and out of the van. Remington's: good food, good variety, morning buffet tasty, good variety and well prepared. but needs... more

We come to Casper several times a year, and we stay either at the Ramkota or the Hampton Inn. With our Coop Connections member card from our local coop electric utility, we were able to get a very nice room for $65.00, regular rate for the night was over $119 on their website. We were surprised at the rate, and... more
