It is ok. Well located. The room was nice. But there are better places in Casper. There are also far worse! more

We had a relaxing evening but the room smelled very bad. They used a very heavy air freshener that did not smell good. The hotel is older and the windows take up one whole wall. The heat came from the ceiling so the floor was 60 degrees (F) and the ceiling was 70 degrees (F). I would not stay here... more

The room itself was okay, aside from an item under the bed from the previous occupants and some misplaced ceiling tiles in the bathroom area. My main complaint was the breakfast buffet. I do not recommend the breakfast buffet at all. It is WAY overpriced, and the food was really terrible. There's a JB's within walking distance, as well as... more

From the minute I checked in until I left everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is under renovation and the staff worked very hard to make sure my stay was going well in spite of the construction. Nice changes to the hotel! I will go back... more

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I'm through with it. It is old, dirty with beds that are not comfortable. For a long time the owners had a lock on being one of the only "decent" hotels in town. Not any longer. In fact it just isn't a decent hotel. Upon check in, I was a couple... more

Corridors were filthy, room was just about adequate but people staying there were not considerate of others needing peace and quiet! Very noisy! It is in desperate need of re-decoration. more

I stay in Holiday Inns all over the country. This has to be the worst one ever. They are remodeling, but it is just not a very clean place. The bathrooms are horrible, and the pool is tiny. It is overpriced for the current condition. more

Visions of a pristine hotel on a river did not quite come true. The hotel is in a very urban area with the river flowing under a nearby road bridge. It is still very much under renovation as of this writing. Some facilities are closed and the hall carpet was worn and stained (and not vacuumed). You are charged a... more

This hotel is notihng like the descriptionson the website. The river looks more like a creek passing through town. The rooms smell along witht he hallway. There were stains on the carpet in the hallway and in the room. There is dirt and stains on the wall and the ceiling is cracked. The curtins in the room offer no privacy.... more

I simply have to ask what the reviewers who made this the # 2 hotel in Casper were possibly thinking (not wanting to more explicitly chastise my fellow reviewers, I will leave it at that)! This hotel is atrocious - run-down, unclean, and unpleasant-smelling to the point that my colleague purchased a room deodorizer for our stay. Not only are... more
