This was probably the best hotel on our trip. The room was quite large with refrigerator. Breakfast was always ready with a large variety of food options. Host kept replenishing supplies. I was impressed that the teabags were replaced barely one minute after I took the last one. The bakery was fresh and delicious. Business center was functional and open... more

Stayed here for three nights while visiting Cheyenne for a business meeting. The hotel is conveniently located right off of Interstate 25 in a cluster of five or six other chain hotels. Room was comfortable with a relaxing bed and a wide choice of pillows. They offer a free breakfast that left a bit to be desired. The main item... more

Our room had a bad smell. We noticed when we walked in, sort of like old milk. We asked for a different room, but were told hotel all booked. We stayed two nights and the smell never left. Otherwise it is a fine standard Hampton Inn. We liked the big hot breakfasts. This hotel has an indoor pool and cuzzi... more

Upon walking in to the Hampton Inn Cheyenne, I was thoroughly impressed! The beds were comfortable and inviting, the bedroom and bathroom areas were well cleaned, the breakfast area was nice a relaxed, and the walls were thick and kept out the noise of other guests. However, it is not the best hotel for light sleepers. The hotel is close... more

My grandson and I took a trip out west and stayed at various Hamptons in different states. I chose this one for our Wyoming stay based on reviews on-line and we were very happy with the hotel and our experience. The location was great, being located right off of the interstate and was a short drive to downtown sites. Our... more

Hampton Inn Cheyenne offers a choice of being kept awake at night by Interstate Highway noise on one side of the hotel or a busy railway line on the other side. Train whistled loudly 8 times throughout our unfortunate night’s stay. Here is what we experienced: soft plastic paper cups; 27” old analogue TV; no staff of any kind on... more

As we were driving on an 18 hour journey towards home, we ran into a blizzard that prevented us from continuing on. I stopped by about 6 hotels to find one that was reasonably priced and had an indoor pool. The Hampton Inn fit the bill. All the roads out of town were closed. The staff attended to us extremely... more

Have to say I am usually not a huge fan of Hampton Inn. It is usually just OK, very middle of the road, and I have stayed at brand new Hampton's before. My other choice was sold out, so I gave this hotel a try. I was very glad I did! Check-in was a breeze and they were very nice.... more

This Hampton was clean, well maintained and in a good location. The business center was well supplied. Breakfast was typical Hampton and just right. more

Cheyenne's Hampton Inn is good in the typical ways that Hampton Inn's are good: good price, good features, good breakfast, good service. This hotel does have some issues: it is right next to the Interstate and quite noisy; they did not fix several items that needed fixing - a slow draining shower, erratic TV service. more
