After considerable research on Cody lodging options, we made reservations for 2 nights in mid-September, 2009, at the Beartooth Inn. My wife and I rented a mini suite and our traveling companions had a deluxe king. Both units were very roomy, clean and comfortable and were an excellent value for a town where lodging can be a little pricey. People... more

I know that some of the reviewers stated it was too far out of town but we came at it from the east and almost missed it. It is really on the very east end of town. It is a lovely hotel, the room was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The Wyoming War Memorial is right... more

Very nice hotel. A little pricey, but that can be expected due to its proximity to Yellowstone. The Wyoming veteran's memorial was on the other side of the parking lot. They were still buildin the WWII and Korean memorial while we were there. It was very nice and worth stopping at if you're driving through Cody. The only negative was... more

This is the mini suite. For a couple bucks more, it is a larger room with a couch and a jacuzzi tub! It is roomy and attractive, has the fridge & microwave, just very nice. It is at the edge of town away from everything, but a short drive into town. I liked that about it. The only thing I... more

We stayed at the Beartooth Inn at the beginning and end of a backpacking trip to the Bighorns in central Wyoming. Because we didn't want to trust the airlines to deliver our backpacks and gear, we arranged with the hotel to have our gear shipped via UPS ahead of time. We allowed a couple of extra days to be safe.... more

We stayed one night and would recommend this hotel for your visit to Cody. It is located just a mile or two on the opposite side town if arriving from Yellowstone. more

I found I needed to stay an extra night and they were very accomodating even though it meant spending some time redoing the room chart for the next night since they were almost fully booked with a tour bus. I had a room on the back side of the hotel, facing away from the lake and highway and while the... more

We actually had trouble finding it, since it was on the outskirts of town. Okay; a bit pricey. Even though it was obvious they wouldn't have full occupancy, they wouldn't budge on the price. Probably wouldn't stay there again. more

This hotel is conveniently located on the edge of town. It is quiet and clean. We were concerned about having the room next to the housekeeping room but the front desk staff assured us the housekeepers were quiet. They were very quiet we never heard them going in and out of that room. The Breakfast is adequate. They had waffles,... more

The Beartooth Inn is a clean, quiet, motel just on the edge of Cody. The hotel's whirlpool is especially nice. There is no restaurant on the premises, but there are many restaurants within a mile. Why pay more? more
