An extraordinary place. Built in December 2007 by the Union Pacific railroad company for its train crews and located in the middle of nowhere (Bill) about 30 miles north of Douglas on Highway 59. It is run, however, by a hotel management company and has its own website.
You check in at the attached diner where the price also includes a good cooked breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and almost uniquely in my experience - they are quiet. They are designed to be well insulated because crews are coming in and out at all times. I couldn't even hear the trains!
Staff were pleasant and the stay was a splendid start to our vacation.
Note its location though. Expedia's map currently has it located in Douglas and it is far enough away not to be convenient if you are using I25
