I didn't think this motel was as bad as the other reviews indicate. The room was large and clean. The bathroom and beds were all acceptable and there was cable tv with movie options. Very poorly managed motel. Overall usually happy with Motel 6, but this was my worst Motel 6 stay. Staff lied to us about our reservation and double sold our room. Sorry, not willing to share, I won't ever go back. more
I apologize for any misunderstandings that occured during your stay in Gillette Wyoming, we strive for customer satisfaction at Motel 6,. I have personally investigated the time frame of reservations during the months of January and February 2009. We did not overbook our hotel, we actually fell short in doing so. Please reevaluate your stay, was it at Motel 6?

we stayed there during fireworks convention, management friendly, room was very clean and recently remodled, was quiet. over priced 100 a nt, but thats Gillette Wyoming as its a boom town and everything there is over priced more
We couldn't find a hotel room in Gillette that was under $100, so we should have guessed what kind of accommodation we'd be getting when this room was $99. I chose this hotel for the low rate and when i arrived the owner proceded to check me in and was very rude and short with me. i will never stay there again! more
Searching a reasonable-price motel in Gillette area is not easy, finally we found this Motel 6 at $72/night and booked it online. This motel 6 doesn't offer free breakfast. However, it's clean and fast check-in. It also has hot spa and sauna. Coin laundry is handy for us during our stay. Overall, it's a nice motel. more
