This is now called the Rustic Inn. We were very hopeful that this would be a great place but came to be very disappointed in the management. They basically don't care. The little cabins for which we paid $380 after taxes per night are manufactured buildings made to look like log sided houses which were moved in. The bed and... more

I booked a month in advance through hotels.com for 2 nights and when I showed up to check in, this hotel was closed for renovations. They had already billed my credit card $300.00 (for 2 nights) and sent me an email confirming my stay. I got no phone number for the hotel and I was left high and dry in... more

It's on the 189/191 just as you enter Jackson. The office is separate from the log cabins behind. We stayed for three nights at the end of our month holiday. The staff were friendly but the room was a disaster because of noise from the adjoining cabin. It was also expensive and no breakfast! You could almost hear what they... more

I stayed with my family at the Wagon Wheel Motel in 1979 so on our recent trip to Yellowstone and Jackson we decided to try it again. We called ahead and reserved the room since we were concerned it would be busy. We were surprised at how high the room rates were despite it being really in the off season.... more

I stayed at the Wagon Wheel for two nights. Very pleasant experience. The cabin was small but very cozy and comfortable. It was very peaceful with a big tree in front of my cabin with a sitting bench out front. Great location with a short walk to the original part of Jackson. Highly recommend staying here the price was super... more

We stayed at the Wagon Wheel the first night of our trip. Good location within walking distance of shopping and food. The only negative thing I would say is that the room is dark. The room has paneling throughout and lighting in the room especially the hanging light seemed dim. The room and bathroom were a nice size. Was able... more

Read reviews at Trip Advisor and selected Wagon Wheel Village based on them and location. This is a family friendly property with a restaurant in front, beautiful flowers throughout the grounds, and a nice comfortable room for a reasonable price and good night's sleep. Within walking distance to visitor's center and everything downtown Jackson has to offer. more

I have been staying at the Wagon Wheel for years and have never had a problem until they hired a man named Robert. He is so rude and when we told him things that need to be improved in our room he said he did not care that the place was being torn down. We decided to check out early. more

This was a wonderful place to stay. We (2 adults and 2 teenage children) stayed in cabin 138 which had a stream running in front of our porch with the mountains in the background. There was bench outside to sit and enjoy the view. It realy was a lovely place - clean and comfortable too. We were situated in the... more

I stayed here the first and last night of my trip to Yellowstone NP. The first night was in a room with jetted hot tub - the bath was nice but noisy. The hot tub jets were pleasant, but not located optimally for back or neck massage. The fan and bath from the adjacent room could be heard quite loudly.... more
