We stayed here passing through laramie as we had had a very good experience at the Quality in at North Platte, Nebraska. Our room was two queens and with a small dog. No problems, just the beds seemed a little small to be billed as queens. Room was good with everything you need. The breakfgast was a major disappointment with... more

As we trekked across the US, we ended up staying here on both, 12/2 - 12/3 as one of our vehicles was having mechanical issues. The staff and management was VERY accommodating (Thanks Annette!). At the time of our arrival, it was -13F (guess that diesels don't run so well in that kind of extreme cold). We explained to the... more

We had 2 queens. The pillows were flat and there was body hair in one of the beds. It was pretty obvious that the sheets had not been changed. It appeared that the room had been remodeled but not maintained. Stains on carpet, covers on bed outdated and dirty. Dirty chair in corner. Fan cycled off and on all night.... more

We stayed here in August and got no problem checking out... HOWEVER, when I received my credit card statement, they charged us $100. We later found out that they accused us of smoking in the room. I have children that are allergic to smoke and we are all non smokers. The hotel never informed us they charged us for it... more

We stayed here two times this month. The first time we had two queen beds and it was fine. The second time we had a King and it was much better. Very comfortable. The first time our room faced the back. The King faced the front but I didn't feel that it was too noisy. I would definitely stay again... more

Heading to YNP we stayed in this motel. A little tricky to get to from I-80. At the time we were there they still had up the old Quality Inn signs so we were not sure if we were at right motel. At check in we discovered the room we had reserved was unavailable so we were offered another room... more

I stayed at this hotel for business, and would not do so again. It was loud, the desk staff was rude and unfriendly. They claim to be pet friendly, but became upset when I asked about my small dog. (I even offered to pay an extra pet deposit.) The rooms were clean, but the ice machine wasn't working and the... more

On our arrival, we were surprised to find this had turned into a Quality Inn. It seemed like a fairly new hotel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Be aware that it is right of off I-25 and very near a truck stop so we heard trucks all night long. Ask for a room facing away from the interstate. more

The Baymont Inn and Suites has been renamed the Quality Inn. The customer service at the front desk was less than helpful and made fun of me when I pointed out a mistake in the billing. They provided a blow up air mattress which we had to blow up by mouth for their "roll away bed." One member in our... more

This is a very nice facility. It was clean and comfortable with a very good rate. Annette, who took our reservation, was very personable and a real pleasure to deal with. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all very nice and helpful. The parking area was clean and well lit. The ice machines and vending machines were conveniently... more
