I have been doing business with Lutons Cabins for a number of years but sadly my business relationship has come to an abrupt end. Recently, after giving a deposit of almost $1,000 in late July to secure a one-bedroom cabin for the week after Labor Day, I needed to revise my plans after a forest fire with lots of smoke... More

In regard to our cancellation policy it is always very difficult for us to keep any deposit. We are not in a location where we get off road traffic which is what our guests love. Most of our guests make reservations several months in advance. We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If our guests cancel 30 days prior to... More

This set of duplex cabins is in a great location for both southern Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks. The owners are very helpful and a joy to talk with. It is a very scenic setting no matter what direction your cabin is facing (Cabins 1-7 are perpendicular to the Tetons, 8-9 are caddy-cornered, and the rest face the Tetons).... More

Luton's Teton Cabins was recommended to us by a friend. They had such a good experience that we decided to book for three nights. We were not disappointed. The cabins are exrememely clean and tidy and well equipped. The wole area was well maintained. We did not have a cabin that faced the mountains but all you had to do... More

The cabins are located on a plain with a great view of the mountains. We called from the supermarket at Jackson to say we'd be arriving late and they told us which cabin and where to find the key. In the morning the staff was friendly and gave us good suggestions. The owners had already communicated about recommendations for a... More

These are obviously well-run, properly cared for duplex style cabins, They were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was very convenient for visiting Grand Teton National Park, but far enough away from the masses to create a peaceful, quiet setting. One thing I wish I had known before we arrived was that our cabin had enough of a kitchen that... More

These are duplex style cabins - very clean and cozy. We selected them based on their very convenient location - close to Jackson, GTNP and YNP. Half of the units face the Tetons and half face out on a hillside. Since we don't spend a lot of time in any hotel room when we visit this beautiful area - we... More

We choose this location because of the picture on the internet and location of the cabins. Yes they are right near the entrance to the Park but unless you have a cabin that faces the mountain range you will not see the Grand Tetons from your unit..This was the most expensive place by far of all our places. We were... More

All of our cabins are built as duplex log cabins. We have never had any complaints about noise in a two bedroom cabin where the adjoining wall is solid log. We have had complaints about noise from the one bedroom cabins which have an adjoining Sheetrock wall. We certainly do not want guests to be uncomfortable or hear noise. We... More

I've never felt compelled to write a review, until now...This was our 4th visit to the GTNP / Yellowstone area. We have stayed in Jackson (Hampton Inn), in GTNP (Jackson Lake Lodge AND cabins) and Yellowstone (Grant Village and by Old Faithful) lodging. Luton's Teton Cabins FAR outshine the competition! (Ok, in fairness, we have not stay stayed at Jenny... More

These are in fact "UNITS"and not free standing cabins. The walls subdividing the structures were not sound proof and the converstation of the couple next door was fully audible. This is a motel with multiple units and not the romantic getaway for my 10 year anniversary that I made a mortgage payment to stay in for a week. Spend your... More

We just returned from our week long stay at Lutons Teton Cabins. It was absolutely perfect. We found it to be a great location, we were visiting both Yellowstone and the Tetons. We felt it was just far enough away from the "touristy" places to stay. Before arriving, we stopped at the grocery store and stocked up food, bbq charcoal/fluid,... More
