Rolled in (past the construction detours) quite late, prepared to pay the $129 we were first quoted. The front-desk lady had no non-smoking rooms but dropped our rate to about $90...hotels in Rawlins are VERY expensive for no good reason. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, so there's just the hint of a mess in one or two places. And the kitchen provides only a light brunch in the mornings. Not Motel 6, but not too much better. On the other hand, there may not be much better in Rawlins. Two pluses: free internet acess and coffee available from 4 a.m. Keep your expectations in check and you won't be too disappointed.
