The service was fine. Because I booked on line there was no paper work and there was no record of me making reservations for our friends, but the lady did give us a room for our friends. nice comfortable hotel with all the aminities on site including on-site wonderful restaurent with non-smoking bar. nice lobby and very easy staff, even they shere the cake with us while we cheked in. large rooms and comfortable stay. more
