Nothing between your site and the neighboring site except rock and the sewer trap. Sites so close you can reach out and touch the RV next to you. So many sites just packed in on top of each other. Rock Springs KOA campground is located directly behind a Conoco holding tank area (large round tanks that hold oil). The entire KOA is covered with gravel rock; no quietly walking past anyone's site to get to the restrooms in the middle of the night.
